About <Redundancy>:
<Redundancy> is a 10-man hardcore endgame progression guild. We recently formed after moving on from one of the most respected and oldest guilds on the server to pursue hardcore progression that they were not offering us. We have very strong leadership and the desire to push through content as quickly and efficiently as possible and to prepare for the next tier of content.

Expectations:
* Class and game mechanic mastery. All of our raiders have extensive knowledge of their class and of the game and this will be put to the test. Areas of improvement will be pointed out and if those areas do not see visible improvement you will be sat for other raiders.
* We will require next to 100% attendance from all of our raiders. The only times that one should miss a raid is because of a major real life emergency or event. If you have issues making our three raid nights then don't apply.
* There will be no hand holding. You are expected to come to a raid with working knowledge of the fights and only need to work out specifics and small details. Also expect to pull a boss as soon as we enter a boss room.
* No drama queens. Can't emphasize this enough. Don't bring it here.
