Raids per week: 6
Recruiting (outdated):
all classes
Forlorn Legacy of Windrunner (PST PVE), is a hardcore endgame raiding guild with strong roots dating back to Vanilla WoW. We exist due to a common bond and idealism we share, which is how we all feel about playing this game. We currently raid six nights a week from 6-10pm PST, often times later during progression.

We currently seek:
HIGH PRIORITY- Ret. Paladin, Healing Priest (Able to play Disc and Holy), Shadow Priest (Healing Offspec), Resto Shaman, one exceptional Tank with a head screwed on straight, Resto Druid, Ranged DPS.
(OFFSPECS are highly encouraged)

Applications of ALL exceptional players are also seriously considered.

A little bit about us… Forlorn Legacy has maintained server first kills since our inception in early Vanilla WoW on the Windrunner realm (server first titles, anyone?). However, we gauge ourselves according to world ranked kills and playing as a team across the world level, the scope of this game for us falls upon that benchmark. We strive to achieve perfect play for the newest tier of content, while staying on top of our game farming the previous tier. We pride ourselves upon playing our respective raid roles to their maximum potential, and we perform them well. The feeling of downing an encounter as a team is what keeps us coming back, and is what motivates us to put in work outside of raids, as well as play to the best of our ability in raids. Our members know their respective class roles as well as any player in any guild in the world, and we make damn sure that it doesn’t change. When applying here, you sign up to raid with us going into Cataclysm and then onto the next game we play, this will be your home.

What are you getting in to? When you apply with us, you immerse yourself into our idealism of what raiding should consist of; which is simply put, to down the newest and hardest encounters first. We will point out your flaws, solely for the sake of improving not only our own, but your end game experience. Yes, we will critique you if you are not up to what the encounter demands, but believe it or not, it is in your best interest; you will have no fun playing here if you perceive dedication to this game as a chore! You can expect to test all PTR content with us, see the hardest encounters first, work around players of your skill caliber, and compete in a competitive atmosphere which breeds excellence. You will not feel like you are the only dedicated player in this guild. We have fun in this game and are very active outside of raid times; we want the same from you. If you don't enjoy this game as much as we do, are considering quitting, or if this is your "last shot" at raiding to see if you still enjoy it, then get the hell out and apply elsewhere and waste their time, not ours. Forlorn Legacy is a community of players dedicated to yours and our own end game experience, and through this idealism, we are a community.

What do we expect from you? While we share knowledge and help each other become better, we are not here to babysit you or hold your hand. You are expected to know statistics and traits of your class, how said traits apply to raid combat, and how you can best implement them. In other terms, you better know as much as we do about our classes, hopefully more (we always want to improve too!). Showing up to raid with any and all consumables which may benefit your character is a bare minimum. We expect our applicants and members to double pot every pull, clear trash efficiently, be well versed in their off-spec role, use any in game consumables which improve performance, and be willing to switch specs for any encounter on the turn of a dime. If you cannot accomplish the above-stated, we do not want you.

In order for your application to receive an honest and fair assessment, it MUST have the following;

- Viable raid professions
- Maxed reputations for raiding (Shoulder / Helm Enchants)
- Correct gemming / enchanting
- Correct glyphing / talent spec for what you are trying to accomplish in your raid
- Experience with hard mode encounters, and/or the most difficult encounters the current tier offers
- If you have all of the above, then gear should not be an issue
- We spend time to read applications that you spend time to write; we are truly excited and dedicated in the pursuit to find that perfect fit to our roster, you should be just as dedicated to writing your application.

Assuming you meet the above requirements, please head over to our website...

Please contact Thaelias or Endz on the Windrunner realm, or submit an application at the website above. Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is better than any other.
