“Nightmare Incident” Guild

Recruiting:
Prospective Heals and DPS to compete for Mythic Core Raid Team Spots and to fill our our Heroic Raiding team.

[Nightmare Incident] is a semi-hardcore progression guild on Area-52 looking to recruit prospect Mythic and Heroic raiders. We have a core Mythic raid team and are looking to introduce a second raid team that is equally dedicated to progression. This is a 18+ guild that focuses majority of our activity around M+ content and raiding. Our goal is to facilitate success in raiding as well as pushing keys while also maintaining a welcoming community which encourages inclusion for those looking to improve or play casually.

Mythic Raid Group:
Tuesday/Thursday: 8:00PM-11:00PM EST

Heroic Raid Group:
TBD

We also do pickup raids on off raid nights and alt runs depending on player availability and progress.

Guild Atmosphere/Guidelines

Raiding/M+ Culture:
We have always been a guild successful in obtaining accolades such as AOTC, Keystone Master, and even pushing Mythic Raid content. We have come to always maintain a friendly and entertaining environment but the key to enjoying this success and pursuing more is focus and dedication. Fun on the job and taking your job seriously are not exclusive; joining us means having the expectation that you will have a good time but maintaining the commitment to dial in with your utmost focus when it comes times to put in work.

During any content we require respect of the head officers' and guild master's decisions. Whether that be having to sit, adjust your playstyle,, just dial down any distractions (side discussions and chatter), etc.

Community Culture:
We are adults and a diverse group of folks. As a result, you will come across all sorts of takes on humor that we allow because we foster both diversity of players and inclusion. That being said, any prejudice language, actions, or content is not tolerated. Adult jokes are never an issue except for when they are negatively at the expense of the other, derogatory, inciteful, or personal attacks.

Attendance:
We are a 2-night raid group and as a result there is not much room for error in progression. We have this schedule as to not impede upon the busy lives of those in the guild; because of this commitment to attendance is even more crucial. Attendance does not just mean being there, it means being fully prepared in the instance that we do not supply flasks or food although those are supplied by the guild with cauldrons and feasts. If attendance issues are a constant or there is a lack of communication on an upcoming attendance conflict, then you should expect for your spot to be up for grabs.

Mechanics & Class Expertise:
With only so much time to clear mythic bosses it is extremely important that we are as productive and efficient as possible. This means employing the best people for the job. Although there will be explanations of strategies that we specifically employ, it is expected that you do your research in advance and understand the nature of the boss fight. Additionally content is dynamic which means players must have the ability to adapt on their own and fix their mistakes.

Additionally, dedicated raid nights or high keys are not the time to learn your class. Brush up on your skills, ask questions, and be sure to know what you are doing prior to entering any challenging or progression content.
