1. Looking for people that pay attention to logs
2. Looking for people that will not favor long staying members.
3.Looking for people that want'to finish the raid at fast speed.
4.Looking for people that commit to full rading
5. Looking for people that do m+ ( mosfty for progression)
6. Looking for people that can and will play for the team( Mostly)
7. People that give look (outside irl for extra 1-2 days for game play)
8. People that and will support the guild progress
9.People that and will say okay i am benched for this boss ( raid)
1. I will offer nearly 100% attendace
2. I will offer 100 % class /spec look into
3. 3 Alts for re-clears/ farm/gear.+
4. I will not speak during pulls ( Nor i will question the strat during it
5. I will play M+ with my g mates always (score ? , boeses first)
6. I will do as req as raider.
7. I will ask people to do m+ at start ( maybe they are officers? Maybe Veterans ? Maybe Long time members? .
8. I will ask were the loot goes? ( If ur dps ir bottom and i am middle i'll ask)
9. If your friend is there 5 years and he is doing jack and no dps i am done with you.
10. If i preform bad i will be happy to be bench! I will leave .
11. Loot goes to people who do most dps not the people that are there longer!
Logs are open to be seen from seaason 1/ Also Playing on USA servers !
Also i might not realm transfer is in TWW it will be shared.
