To be mature, to be able to handle constructive criticism, to adapt to new situations quickly, learn from mistakes and not repeat them. Things like being on time, maximizing your character should be your personal own goal too. To have high attendance (we do understand that there can be unexpected IRL issues from time to time). To preform at high a standard and have competitive spirit.
What you can expect from us?
Good atmosphere while raiding and while socializing in the guild. Experienced leadership with more than 3 years experience, Fair on attendence and performanced based spot and loot division.
