Regarding Aberrus, Despite facing multiple factors outside of our control this tier, we were able to maintain a respectable top 100 rank for combat time. (Including Killing Zskarn post cheese nerf)

About Us
The guild started in 2013 and has been around since. We're an international English-speaking Guild, consisting of players from over 15 countries. Our average guild member age is 28.

Do note that outside of raids, the guild has heavy banter/Dark Humor going on, that's a thing to consider as it's not for everyone

There is usually an Alt raid on Thursdays (Heroic).

Our Goals & Vision
Goal of the guild: To get better every tier while maintaining a solid community
We aim to clear the content on Mythic, on a 6-hour a week schedule as efficient as possible. We are all serious players, many holding multiple Cutting Edges and several with previous world top 100 experience, that do not have the time available to commit to multiple raid nights but still want to progress through the hardest content at a reasonable pace. Due to our restricted raid days, we expect the best effort from our players and always look to constantly improve.

Feedback is encouraged
We believe heavily in constructive feedback. It will be offered to players, but we also expect to receive it back from our players. We always aim to listen to and act on constructive feedback and create an atmosphere where discussion and mutual improvement is encouraged.

What we offer:
-Competitive raid spots: Best 20 players get spots, regardless of rank (we have benched officers before for better performing trials).
-Growth environment: We have had some players with us since we were 1500 WR, they have stayed on board and grew with the guild while working with the leaders.
-Transparency and Two-way feedback: The path to improve as a guild is to give and receive feedback from and to the players
-Raid prep: Which is done at a rather high and detailed level, everything is planned in advance.
-Humorous atmosphere & active community: Our discord chat channels are pretty active. People also play a lot of m+ outside raids and other games.

What we expect from you:
-High Attendance: Minimum 90% (95% for tanks).
-Deep class knowledge and staying up to date with it and the game.
-Preparation: Preparing for the raids through watching videos/PoV of your class as well as thoroughly reading the raid prep that is sent out by the leadership and understanding your assignments. Also having your character raid ready.
-Ability to take feedback and work with it.
-Being verbally communicative in raids when necessary.
-Attitude: maintaining a positive attitude and having the atittude to kill the boss rather than seek DPS parses on progress.

Recruitment
Please note if applying as DPS you must be able to play all the DPS specs of your class.
N.B. We're always open for exceptional applicants, regardless of class/spec.

Guild drama & negative attitudes are not tolerated. If you tend to cause drama and bring a negative attitude, we're likely not a great fit, we will take action that could lead to a guild kick in some cases (regardless of rank).

Loot distribution method
The guild uses Loot Council for all tradable items, since we feel that is the most fair system for guild progression. We are always looking to improve the team as a whole. BoE items go towards paying for raiding consumables for the progression team. All members of Raider rank and above get access to a number of raid consumables per week from the guild bank, but we still expect you to bring your own just in case.
