“Snapphaneklanen” Guild

Snapphaneklanen is, despite the strange name, an international guild. The current incarnation of the guild has existed since early 5.1. We’ve spent most of 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 building up a stable roster, and we’re currently trying to get some good progress in 5.4.

We raid 10-man on a semihardcore level, currently raiding 4 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday). Invites start at 18:45 servertime, with the actual raid starting at 19:00 and ending at 22:30. These raidtimes are rarely extended, and only if there is a unanimous decision by the raidgroup to continue, or if there are replacements available for the people who need to leave.

During raids we use Teamspeak 3 to communicate, and we distribute loot using a loot council system, where the officers decide who receives loot based on several different factors, such as attendance, performance, when a raider last received loot, and more.


What we expect from you as an applicant:
- Be at least 18 years of age (exceptions can be made in certain cases)
- Be able to understand and speak English at a decent level
- Have a working microphone, and be able to use it when necessary
- Be able to attend most of the raids
- Be able to come prepared with flasks, food and potions
- Be able to take constructive criticism, sometimes of a harsh nature
- Be able to be put on standby for the night, either due to bad performance, or because it’s your turn. Also be prepared to be switched out in the middle of a raid, when necessary
