Raid Schedule:
Wednesday – 23:00 – 02:00
Thursday - 23:00 - 02:00
Sunday – 23:00 – 02:00
Monday – 23:00 – 02:00(used to clear down when progressing)
Monday is non mandatory, Some nights we may extend upto 1 hour if we are close to a kill, Monday may also be used as an extra progression day if everyone is fine with it

Goals:
To be a competitive 10-man late night raiding guild.
To focus on progression. Clearing content whilst it is current in a timely and efficient fashion.
To have fun whilst raiding. We aim to enjoy ourselves whilst playing, and limit personal grievances to a minimum. We try to maintain a relaxed but focused atmosphere.

What Vanquished can offer you:
A friendly raiding environment with an experienced team that is focused on heroic mode progression.
A chance to be heard. Whilst we do have a raid leader who is ultimately responsible, we have no problem with listening to our raiders input. If there is a tactic that can be improved or a mechanic that can be refined, we encourage you to speak up.

It has to be said separately – if we are not recruiting “your class” that doesn’t mean your application will be insta-declined. We are naturally always on the lookout for exceptional players so if you think you are right for us let us know and make your application.

What we require from you:
You need to be able to consistently make the guilds raid days and times and consistently perform to a high standard.
You need to know how to get the best out of your class
You should know the intricacies of every single mechanic, whether it pertains to you role or not.
You need a reliable internet connection and PC, even if you do massive dps or hps being offline doesn't help anyone
You should be friendly and communicative; you should have a working mic and be able to use TeamSpeak.
We use calendar invites. We expect everyone to show up 15 minutes prior to the raid, fully repaired and carrying the appropriate flasks, pots and reforges.

What we don’t require from you:

Loot Whores – We use a loot council system for ALL loot and the loot is awarded based on the requirement of the raid i.e providing tanks/healers 2-4set over DPS might increase chances of HC progress so they may receive tier tokens before DPS or vice-versa

Gear to match your current raiding experience. (We do not gear up players during progress)
In the case of re-rolling, make sure to give us information about your previous character(s).
Effort in writing your application. Applications with a couple of lines will simply be declined right away, if you can’t write a decent well thought out application, don’t bother applying.
