RECRUITING
<Pros N Cons> is a semi-hardcore PvE guild, with a lively social aspect.
Our goal is to experience and clear relevant content, and still have fun while doing it.
To further achieve our goals, we wish to recruit competent players with a positive, progressive mindset. If raiding isn't your cup of tea yet, or if you don't have strong enough gear, we also accept members as socials.
Raid Schedule:
Raiders are expected to be online and in discord at least 15 minutes before raid start for raid invites and ready by the entrance for 20:00 invites.
Our mandatory raid days are as follows:
We want to pull at 20:15
Wednesday: 20:15 - 23:00
Thursday: 20:15 - 23:00
Social Raid days includes Normal/Heroic clears with alts and socials (Weekend Friday/Saturday or Sunday)
What kind of raiders are we on the lookout for?
- Players who have a thorough understanding of your class and your role in the raid.
- A mature attitude – do not whine about loot or raid spots; our Officer team work hard to make decisions in the best interest of the guild.
- To maintain and develop your character to the best of your ability. This will mean completing relevant content on a weekly basis to ensure that you do not fall behind.
- Do not expect to be carried – if you are given a trial or raider spot, you are expected to consistently perform in order to keep your position.
What can we offer you?
- A very dedicated officer team who strive for this guild to reach its full potential.
- Steady raid roster.
- Discord filled with enormous amounts of banter.
- Players who are passionate about raiding and genuinely wants to progress.
