<Lôgic> was formed 2018-12-19 on Stormscale Horde.
We are currently recruiting any really great mechanical player, in other words, we will consider anyone who is exceptionally good.
Our expectation is to keep improving all the time and our true goal is to achieve a really solid, high quality raiding team. If that means we achieve other things along the way(top 500 or similar) then that's just an achievements, and not our real goal.
We will help our members as best as it can when it comes to improving(giving them tips of guides, discords, having sit downs and go through decision making on encounters or rotation), meaning we actually spend time with our members instead of just silently replacing them.
There is also no safespots in this guild, meaning if you are underperforming, even as an officer/GM, you will be replaced(for example Vanchioz, the GM, had to step down from healing because he was underperforming as a healer, and go DPS instead).
To maintain a good atmosphere and relationship within the guild, the idea is not to over-recruit so people are being benched, and not to bench people because a specific class is better for a certain boss. We will however aim for Cutting Edge every tier and believe its not necessary to have specific classes to achieve that.
Optional heroic raids will be set up in the future.
