Brilliance is a raiding team for mature, no-bullshit raid players that want progress in a nice environment. We are over 8 years old, and were once a more hardcore raiding team, in top 3 on Neptulon during Cataclysm, we are a bit more laid back today with 3 raid days - but we aim to be efficient with our time.

3 Raiding Days
▸ Wednesday 8.00PM - 11.00 PM ST
▸ Thursday 8.00PM - 11.00 PM ST
▸ Monday 8.00PM - 11.00 PM ST
Please note that we may push extra 15-30 min max, if we are close to a kill on a progress boss.

We use EPGP lootsystem, but reserve the rights to revert to loot council to assign BIS gear for appropriate classes/specs - our goal is to build an evenly geared team, with the best min/max for the team as a whole.

▸ We will consider all exceptional players, or players returning to the game that have previous progressive raid experience and are willing to work hard to get back on track in current expansion

▸REQUIREMENTS
be able to attend mandatory raiding days (Wednesday, Thursday and Monday) . We expect high attendance from our raiders, exceptional real life occurrences such as birthdays, holidays, sickness etc. are good grounds for not showing for a raid, but these should be rare exceptions. We don't accept players not showing for raids just because they "don't feel like it".

- have fresh, active logs on Heroic or Mythic (not older than 2 weeks ).
- have 80+ rankings preferably.
- Focused on team effort and progress, not loot.
- be at least somewhat fluent in English and have a working microphone.
- have no issues using Discord
- accept and give constructive criticism
- know how to respect others in order to be respected
