“Phenomenon” Guild

Hello Everyone !

We had a fairly slow start in cataclysm due to the creation of this guild . However we have now downed 12/12 normal and the following on Heroic:

Halfus Wyrmbreaker
Maloriak

We're raiding 3 days a week from 19:00-23:00.

The guild was created by some long-time ingame-friends who finally decided to make our own raiding team. We left our former guilds and formed "Phenomenon". We got experience from endgame rading and guild-leading in Vanilla, TBC and Wrath but of course also a few less experienced players. Our guildmaster were also GM in Dizzy And Disorientated and were close to some server first kill on 25 man in wrath

We have recently opened recruitment for the following classes:
Unholy/Frost Death Knight
Resto Druid, best with feral OS
Mage


We expect from you:
- Full raid-awareness. When we raid we are having fun during the corpseruns and things like that BUT we are very serious when engaging a boss
- Know your role in the raid and exactly what to do on boss-fights. We can all whipe the raid once or twice but to keep on making mistakes is not very good.
- Of course, Gem and enchant correctly and eat the foodbuff that you suits you the most.
- To adjust to new tactic as we are not following the silly youtube videos completely and like using the inside of our heads instead.
- Loads of experience from end-game raiding.
- To understand that some bosses may require a certain setup which means that you may will have to sit out on some bosses.
- Shouldn’t have to mention it but: Decent internet-speed + a working mic + Ventrilo .


We can offer you a very social community with some very friendly players. Even though we are a newly formed guild it seems like everyone fit in and we work very good togeher as a team. Our website-forums are often used for serious purposes but also for alot of !wgr_user.*z&gigglez.
We record everysingle whipe and combatlog it. In the very soon future we will also live-stream our raids .
