“Norsemen” Guild

**About Us**

We are the Norsemen, a guild on Illidan (US) that has been together since March 2019. We are a mythic raiding guild that balances mythic progression with having a good time. We enjoy playing WoW(and other games) together and hanging out in discord. We recruit raiders based on their performance and their personality. We promote a drama-free, no-toxicity environment in and out of raid and expect that from all our members. We are recruiting active, exceptional players into our guild for raiding and mythic plus. We provide food and flasks for raids.

**Raid Schedule**

Tuesday 8PM to 11AM PST (11PM to 2AM EST)
Thursday 8PM to 11PM PST (11PM to 2AM EST)

**Expectations**

-Reliable attendance
-Be proactive with gearing and you must be fully gemmed and enchanted for raids
-The understanding that raid spots are determined based on raid need, performance, and attendance
-Take responsibility for ongoing improvement and be open to feedback AND criticism
-Willingness to use Discord for raiding (push to talk is used in raids to reduce distracting noises during fights)
-Sense of humor

**Recruitment**

Our immediate raid needs are for a Havoc DH, WW Monk, and a Disc Priest/Holy Paladin/Resto Shaman.
