“Big Brain Gang” Guild

<Big Brain Gang> is a newly formed Mythic raiding guild on A52. Our goal is to aim for Cutting Edge every tier while raiding on a two-day schedule. We are a group of fun, easy going people, but we do expect our raiders to focus up and make good use of the limited raid hours we have. We do not require our raiders to have a raid-ready alt, but we do prefer if raiders that can play multiple classes and are willing to gear an alt if necessary. We distribute loot via a Loot Council, and we always prioritize our progression in regards to loot distribution.

Progression:
Eternal Palace - 8/8H, 3/8M
BoD - 9/9H, 6/9M

Raid time:
Our raid schedule is Tuesday/Thursday from 9PM to 12AM EDT. Raid invites go out 15 minutes prior. We sometimes will do an alt run on the weekend at raid times.

Currently recruiting for:
We're looking for a BrM monk tank and a couple of strong RDPS to fill spots on the raid team.

We are always looking for exceptional players to join our ranks, even if we are not actively looking for your class/spec.

Expectations:
Attendance
We expect our raiders to have close to 100% attendance, but we do understand that RL > WoW. We have a Flex Raider rank for those that can only raid part time but still want to be a part of the raid. Communication is key.

Performance:
There will be a 2-week trial period for all new raiders. We expect trials and raiders to come to raid prepared with flasks, pots and food appropriate for their class/role. We also expect you to have a basic understanding of all fights in the raid prior to stepping into the instance.

Attitude:
We are a laid-back, rowdy group of people that love playing together. We do not require you to be rowdy as well, but we do require you to at least attempt to get to know the rest of the raid. We love to joke around but we also take our limited raid time seriously. We are not a top-tier raiding guild; we will not be one-shotting mythic bosses second week of the tier. We do not recruit for the bench, but we might ask you to sit some fights for progression. If you are a loot hog with no patience and a toxic attitude, you will most likely spend a lot of time on the bench. :)

Requirements:
- Have advanced knowledge of your class and spec
- At least 430 ilvl with 60+ neck level
- Have logs
- Show up to raid on time
- Run m+10s every week
- Have a sense of adult humor
- Be able to take constructive criticism
