The leadership of the guild has experience back to the days of Vanilla. We have extensive raid experience, players ranging from US 1st, to players from more casual guilds. We have seen and done it all when it comes to progression. We started our own guild when Legion started to build a top progression guild, with things done our way. We have gathered some great raiders together, some out of retirement from US top guilds, others we found along the way.

We are looking for players who will push their item level to the maximum in preparation for upcoming content. Players who research the current and upcoming tiers to the point they could lead the raid themselves. And players committed to pushing themselves to achieve Cutting Edge in every raid tier.

We intend to do this on a rather casual schedule. The first few weeks of any new raid tier, we will raid extra nights. Farming gear, learning content, and generally getting ready to push progression on our 9 hour regular raid schedule. Our set schedule is Tuesday / Wednesday and Thursday 9 PM to Midnight EST. But we are looking for players flexible with going outside this schedule as well when necessary. We don't have set days for extra content, it will be different each week based on our raiders availability.

We are not a large guild - we do not recruit for the bench, we will rotate raiders in and out to see who will make up our progression team in BfA. Anyone who doesn't make the progression team, but is still a good raider, will be swapped in for 2nd kills and farm content on a regular basis, making the "bench" non existent in <Useless Gaming>.

The "Progression Team" will be the group of raiders who will work for first kills for the guild. ALL players on our progression team are constantly in competition for their raid spot. We will take the best our guild has to offer for each and every progression boss kill. So if you're new, and you're better than the player currently in the role, their role could become yours. If we are not recruiting for a specific role, but you feel you have what it takes, let us know, and you will get a shot to prove yourself. We simply cannot achieve Cutting Edge with anything less.

We are looking for players with a like-minded attitude, looking to push themselves, and charge headfirst into the challenges of mythic content.
