Demonic Disorder is looking for members who are willing to put forth the effort to succeed and stick around for the long haul. Consistent and reliable people who will show up when they say they will. People who know their class (how to gem, gear, proper enchants, and rotations). Learning Attitude - We aren't looking for ignorant and arrogant individuals. You must be open to constructive criticism, and know wiping is part of the learning process. The ability to know when to act serious, but also have FUN at the same time. We are always looking to make improvements for both our guild and players while maintaining a positive yet focused raid environment. Anyone interested in raiding with us and joining our raiding team is expected to exhibit 90% attendance. If you want to raid occasionally you can be qualified as an alternate, but to "hold down" a raiding spot you must exhibit a certain level of commitment. All members are required to adhere to the Guild Rules Policy.
