“Alchemy” Guild

<Alchemy> is a top 25 ranked WOTLK/Cata raiding guild that busted up shortly after heroic Deathwing and recently renamed. We are looking to rebuild with new management and strong focus on positive attitude and a fun environment.

Alchemy is a progressive raiding focused guild.

Raiders, please message Shaydana or Fangry in-game, or friend Jacko#1770. Any guildy can invite social members, just ask nicely if they're not in a raid of dungeon.

Social Members

We are always keen to invite casual players - particularly those with an interest in raiding or mythic+ goals. We're not a charity levelling guild, but are happy to help gear-up potential players. We have a brief trial period, but once you become a full guild member you get full access to the bank, guild repairs and events.

Officers roles

We have three specific officer roles in Alchemy which are currently filled temporarily while we search for permanent people.

- Raid Leader. Specifically in charge of our team strategies, roles and raid calls.
- Recruitment. Responsible for finding, researching and training new raiders for the team.
- Events. Responsible for raid attendance, fun weekly events and guild meetings.

Raiders

Raid times are not set, but most likely 8:00 - 10:00pm Wednesdays and Sundays (AUS server time). Currently raiding normal ToS, but look to be ready to work on normal KJ and heroic progression.

Current team spots (August 15th):

Tanks:
Main tank, non-Druid. 900 iLevel minimum.

Healers:
2 healer spots, Disc Priest full. 900 iLevel minimum.

DPS:
All DPS. 880 iLevel minimum.

All applications for raiders are Discord interviews only.

Raiders are guaranteed a spot if you provide constant 70%+ performance logs. DPS and healers are expected to maintain a 50%+ performance while with our team. We have no interest in big-dick recount numbers, show us consistent performance and attention to mechanics.

Raiders are expected to commit to raid times, have excellent Internet connection and PC specs. You must have Discord and the following addons (please provide screenshot):

- DBM or BigWigs, updated.
- WeakAuras2
- Angry Assignments
- (Healers) Grid, Healbot or (preferred) Vuhdo

A good understanding of Warcraft Logs would be beneficial.

We use master looter with semi-loot council rules, priority to tanks and healers. Distribution is then prioritised by team needs, and then a simple /roll.
