“Virtuosity” Guild

Greetings!

<Virtuosity> is originally a 25-man guild created in 2009 by a group of friends with extensive raid experience. The majority of us have been raiding end-game content since early BC and Vanilla WoW. Our very early stages together as a guild showed moderate success. We rose fast on our server and within a few months time became one of the top guilds on our previous realm. Don't let our Cataclysm progression fool you, our leadership and core raid members have been apart of top U.S and world guilds so we know what is required to push for high-end progression. We have a tight knit core and have remained together in one form or another for over two years. We transferred to Eonar shortly before Cataclysm hit because our previous server lacked a quality player base to recruit from and to benefit from a more centralized data center.

At this time we are accepting group acquisitions. We are currently cycling a strong core through 10 mans and we are looking to get our 25 run going again. As you can see when you read further, we stopped raiding for a while in late February due to RL obligations, Rift, loss of interest, etc. And now we are looking for more skilled and competent players to join our ranks.

During this content patch, we've experienced 6/13HM 25 as a guild before our break. We also currently have players with up to 8-10/13HM experience.

Our WoTLK progression Completed:
Cleared all content up to 11/12 Heroic ICC 25 + Bane (all pre-nerf)

Who we're looking for:
Those who do not view being server, U.S or even world first as unobtainable, but rather as a challenging task that can be accomplished if you work hard enough. We're looking for talented individuals who have extensive raiding experience and excel at their class.

At this time we encourage exceptional players of all classes and specs to apply. Below is a list of specific opening we have for core raiding positions:
- 2 Healing Priests; 1 disc, 1 holy
- 1 Assassination Rogue
- 2 Warlocks
- 1 Feral DPS Druid
- 1 Elemental Shaman
- 1 Death Knight DPS

Potential applicants must exhibit the following characteristics:
• Consistency: Our raid attendance requirement is 85% but we are looking for players who plan to have their attendance % higher than the minimum requirement.
• Experience: We are looking for players who know what it takes to be the best.
• High situational awareness: We are looking for players who are always aware of their surroundings.
• Strong problem solving skills: Players who are able to think on their feet and able to adapt accordingly to the worst scenarios.
• Good attitude: We're not looking for people who are miserable about life. We don't want players who are going to constantly complain about situations that arise but rather try and pacify the situation in a professional manner.
• Resiliency: We want players who are going to be able to bounce back strong from disappointing wipes.

We strongly encourage players who PvP regularly and have raid experience dating back to TBC and Vanilla WoW to apply.

Things to know about <Virtuosity>:
- Raid times Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Sunday with OPTIONAL Monday clean up. 8-11pm EST/ 5-8pm PST.
- Our loot system is your basic open bid DKP system with some unique minor adjustments. (Please visit our website for a more in depth look on our loot policy)
- 85% minimum raid attendance requirement.
- We are an 18 and over raiding guild. However, we do have some flexibility in our 18 and over age policy. We are open to players who may be under 18 as long as they can exhibit a certain level of maturity.
