Recruiting (outdated):

Who we are:
Rapacious Souls began back in ICC as a 10 man PuG of players who who decided we enjoyed playing together enough to start a guild. Since then we have expanded into a 25 man raid and established ourselves on Feathermoon as a viable alternative to 10 man raiding. Most of our raiders are professionals or students, playing from as far west as New South Wales, and as far east as Newfoundland.

What we do:
We run a very tight schedule, our official raids are Wednesday and Sunday, 6:00-9:00pm PST. This means that we are pulling trash by 6:00, and our final attempt on the boss usually goes just after 9:00. You will never be expected to stay past 9:15, though on some occasions we do push slightly past to get a kill. We also sometimes do a 10 man continuation on Monday (but that is being phased out as we reach the final bosses of SoO), as well as Flex/alt run on Tuesdays. These are neither guaranteed nor mandatory.

Recruitment:
Because of the reality of turnover in WoW raiding today, we have a very cyclical structure to our recruitment. We are always actively looking for good players to join us, but we always have a roster of 25 who have first priority, should they choose to continue raiding with us. Upon joining you may be immediately in this core, or you may not - It depends entirely on what we have in our team at the time. However, if you join as a sub you are first priority to be switched into the core when a spot opens up. Our current needs for the main core could include:

- Holy Paladin
- Enhancement Shaman
- Rogue
- Feral Druid
- Balance Druid

For any other spots, feel free to message Belixe (Leagann#1654) in-game for a timeline - Please note that exceptions will be made for exceptional applicants.
