“Older Gamers” Guild

-Older Gamers- is a smallish 10 man Raiding Guild.

We raid every Wed/Thur/Mon 7-11pm ST and are currently recruiting 1 Tank for core position. Either a Warrior or a DK, you must also have a very geared DPS offset and of course and microphone you can and do use for communication during boss encounters.

You also need to have at least 5/7 HM behind you on your actual Tank toon. If you are interested in applying and it is an Alt your looking to apply with, that alt then needs to also hold at least 5/6 HM and an ilvl preferably 380+ as a minimum.

The type of Gamer we are after is not just based on current progression, it's about your skill, and beyond that....
....You need to have dedication, commitment and consistency, especially more so during the never ending weeks of wiping on heroic mode progression bosses, that are drainning, time consuming, heart breaking that bring out the best and worst in you.

We are not after someone who sulks when we are snagged on a boss encounter and it seems like it will never die.

Raiding is time consuming, yet rewarding especially on encounters that at times or many times made you feel like its never going to happen.

As the saying goes, "It won't Happen Over Night, BUT it WILL happen"

We are Semi-Hardcore, we expect you to be mature, decent, committed, encouraging, positive when the nights are tiring and people are becoming annoyed and so forth.

What you get is what you put in, to some degree.
Commitment on the long term = rewards :P

We are always seeking casuals, or subs/fill-ins as well.

Take Note: We do NOT make exceptions for friends to be included in our Core Raid if/when a position is open. Nor do we recruit people if their bf/gf sister/brother cat/dog etc is to join as well.

Our recruitments is strictly for Core positions when available, as we are Not a Social based Guild. With that said it does not mean we are unfriendly and unsocial, just simply explains we are not a Social based recruiting guild taking any tom, dick and harry.
