About Corner:
Corner is a newly founded guild that went 7/7N Firelands in its first week of raiding and is now progressing through hardmodes as a 25 man group. We are a tight-knit group of friends that created this guild with the sole intention of clearing heroic content on a lighter schedule. However, we do not take raiding lightly. We come to raids prepared, focused, and we do not waste time. Our focus is hardmodes and we strive for nothing less. We raid efficiently, but we don't mind having some laughs while we do it.
We raid 3 nights a week:
Tuesday 7-10 P.M. CST
Wednesday 7-10 P.M. CST
Thursday 7-10 P.M CST
We generally run alt raids or RBGs on off nights.
We keep a very concise raiding roster. As such, if invited as a raider, you can expect a spot in our core group. Because of that and having such a light schedule, we expect 90% attendance out of our members. Raiders are expected to be on 15 minutes early for invites and to have done any necessary research prior to the raid. We work hard to be the best we can be, we expect you to do the same.
We are currently seeking ranged dps to make our group more flexible:
Mages- High
Warlocks- High
As always, we encourage all exceptional raiders to apply.
We use a Loot Council system. We take things like upgrade, loot won, and raid attendance into account. We do not just gear our best friends. We stress that, although shiney, gear is just a means to an end and should not be fought over.
We prefer players with hardmode content attitudes that just can't find the time to raid on a hardcore schedule. We enjoy players that work hard, don't burn out, and just love raiding as much as we do.
That being said, we would like applicants to have an item level of 365 or higher and to have significant Firelands experience. Gear will certainly be important when applying but we do, however, understand that real life happens and skill will ALWAYS weigh heavier than gear.
