“Gloria Victis” Guild

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Recruiting is now suspended. We are in the process of changing realms due to challenges with the lack of raiders in Ghostlands. We will re-open recruiting when we establish our guild on our new server.

Gloria Victis is a solid 10 man raiding guild on the Ghostlands server. Despite attendance challenges and a late start raiding in Cata we finished 3/13 Heroic pre 4.2 nerf. We are currently 1/7H in Firelands and 4/12H in T11.

We have experienced leadership, a casual guild culture, but are serious about progression. We strongly feel we are one player away from doing some serious damage. Could it be you?

Raid Information
We currently run three official nights in Firelands 10 man mode. Our raid times are from 8:00 to 11:00 server time Wed/Thurs/Mon.

Loot System
Old school MS / OS respect based system. Fairness to all with greater goal of guild progression foremost.

Raiders
We expect the best from our raider members. Being prepared is critical from having ample supplies such as flasks, pots, etc to doing research on encounters you are unfamiliar with. We expect raiders to have a high degree of raid awareness, and be able to pick things up on the fly should a strat change mid-battle.

Raiders should be well versed in their class and spec. Proper enchants, gems and gear choices are expected and raiders must perform as expected for their gear.

Casual Members
No guild would be complete without casual members. Casual members add to guild culture and help balance epeen with humility. Gloria Victis welcomes casual members to our ranks and offers opportunities for growth as a player.
