ATTENTION PROGRESSION RAIDERS!!
TWSS is forming an INDEPENDENT 10-MAN PROGRESSION raiding team on Thursday nights (9 PM - 12 AM server). Follow up raid nights will be scheduled as we grow the team with consistent, long-term members.
Note: This is NOT a casual raid team. The guild will still host casual raiding on the weekends according to guild demand. This raid team is for serious, progression raiders only.
Whom do we consider to be a "progression raider"?
1) You continually stay on top of current content by researching raid boss strategies online, knowing the optimal spec / rotation of your class (again, through online research), and are willing to continuously optimize yourself and your character for the raid group
2)You utilize in-game addons to further refine your play.
3) Your IRL situation is such that you can raid consistently and without interruption. This includes having a reliable computer/internet connection that is not prone to lag/disconnects. Additionally, you will be able to adhere to the schedule (showing up on time, raiding until the end of the evening).
4) You care more about killing bosses and having fun versus complaining about trivial things.
We're not a hardcore guild, but as one of our former GMs used to say, "we do not suffer fools gladly." We want everyone to have fun (as our name indicates), but when its time to raid, then its time to put your game face on.
