Raiding Schedule
We raid roughly 9 hours per week with rare OT(usually 30min) if we are on the cusp of a kill.
Tuesday: 8PM EST - 11PM EST
Wednesday: 8PM EST - 11PM EST
Thursday: 8PM EST - 11PM EST

What you can expect from us:

Results oriented environment - We don't recruit "bench" raiders. Raid spots are earned, not given. We will bring the 20 best players for the kill, regardless of tenure or guild status. Trials can expect to be put into tough progression situations right away. This fosters a competitive environment where everyone is pushing to be better tomorrow than they were today.

Experienced and passionate leadership - Our leadership is committed to facilitating an environment where players can perform well and build synergy. We often spend hours pouring over logs identifying avenues of improvement for either an individual or the raid as a whole. Open communication, constructive criticism and positive reinforcement are all on the docket.

Fair loot - All loot is voted on and distributed by the officers based on performance and our progression needs.

Constant recruitment and a healthy roster - Too tight of a roster is as hurtful as it is helpful. The synergy is great until you are stuck with an underperforming player because the other mage called out that night. So we add a balanced amount of fluff to reap the benefits of a tight knit group without the downfalls of an individual's bad night or IRL emergency.

What we expect from you:

Know your stuff - Have a deep understanding of your class, how to read your logs and where to find information you may need in order to improve.

Near perfect attendance - Realistically, you should be on time, ready and focused 100% of the time barring real-life emergencies. Real-life always comes first, no questions asked. However, a reliable consistent roster is required to reach our goals and maximize individual raid time.

Team oriented - We take raid time seriously and value the people we play with. Therefore we expect maturity, respect and integrity from applicants. We have a zero tolerance policy for any generally toxic personalities or parse whores. Survivability, situational awareness and a positive attitude are what we look for.

Personal accountability/Receptive to criticism - Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone is entitled to a bad night. You must be able to discuss and learn from your mistakes.

Use your microphone - Communication is key. If you are unwilling to use your microphone during raid when appropriate, you will not be in our raid. Comms remain clear of unrelated banter during a pull to allow for quick and concise communication. Feel free to life grip jay off a cliff during break though.

At the end of the day we all choose to play this game to have fun. The best way to make that happen is to stay true to our commitment and foster a raid of like-minded individuals pursuing a common goal. We are a team and we will always succeed or fail as such.
