“Paragenesis” Guild

As a semi-hardcore guild just finishing the last configurations after our transfer, We are highly competitive players that wish to raid with like minded individuals. This IS as game, and should be enjoyed, but, honestly, who's having fun when bosses aren't dying? We have been on Ner'zhul since Feb. 28th and been heavy in roster reformation since. With our quota for skilled raiders reaching its end, let the games begin.

As usual, individuals who excel at their class, spec, and maintain a vast knowledge of encounters will ALWAYS be considered. Once one’s trial period is over, assuming the trial is passed, He/she then becomes a part of the core. We do not recruit for bench. Our goal is to have an active roster of 11-12 individuals that we may swap for better composition if need be.

Raid Times:

We raid Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with Sunday reserved as a clean up day during progression. In farm content we usually will be able to cut our raids to Tuesday/Thursday or just Tuesday. Raid is occasionally extended to down a boss hovering within the last couple percent of a kill. Hours are 8-11 Server Time. [PST]

Attendance:

90% raid attendance is required to maintain a spot in the core. 95% raid attendance is required to receive contested loot pieces. With this being stated, as a guild we do realize that real life DOES in fact come first (most of the time), but unless stated otherwise 48 hours in advance everyone is expected to show up. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in immediate trial failure/demotion/ or guild removal.

Loot Rules:

We operate under a raid-wide loot council. It’s pretty simple, the loot is decided based upon BiS/Upgrade/Attendance/Attitude/Skill/Character/Etc, only there is no loot tyrant. If you are a core raider, you are on the council. If you are in need of a piece of gear, your vote simply does not count toward the overall outcome of loot distribution (No, you can’t vote for yourself!).
