“Gratz” Guild

Gratz was formed as a casual guild at the end of legion. Over time, we have developed a community of friends unlike the typical crash and go guild philosophy that plagues a lot of other guilds. We recruit as needed and typically our players stay for many tiers. We want Gratz to be the last guild you ever join.

Our goal is to reach the mythic end-bosses of every tier and shoot for CE if our time and capabilities permit. Not getting CE does not break us. We managed to get CE in Nya’lotha, 8/10M in Castle Nathria and 9/10M in Sanctum of Domination.

The guild maintains a fun laid-back atmosphere, we joke around and enjoy each other’s company more than we should, but killing difficult bosses together is the end goal. As such, we do expect our raiders to still perform well on their classes and do the preparation/gearing/communication that is expected of mythic raiders trying to use their time efficiently. We expect raid members to be committed and have a high attendance for scheduled raids, but we are very aware that real-life obligations are a thing and we accommodate as needed on short notice.

We have hosted an annual get-together for the past few years where we get together for several days and do various entertaining activities. Infamously dubbed “Gratzcon”.

From our experience, players who are interactive with others on our discord server and participate in discussions/interactions tend to vibe better and enjoy their time more. This however is not a dealbreaker.

Any level of experience is welcome. This includes new players, veterans, and returning players.
