<The Eternal Raiders> is a mythic progression guild that has been around since the beginning of BOD and is looking for core raiders interested in working towards cutting edge/Raid with us in future expansions! Our guild began as a casual aotc guild. Following tremendous strides and the great personal growth of our players, we transformed into a fully developed mythic team that achieved 11/12m in Ny'alotha and 8/10m in Castle Nathria. We intend to continue working hard and progressing further as a group each tier. In addition to raiding, many of our players push pvp rating or io score each season. We are always challenging one another to do better and would be happy to have more like minded people to push content with.

Though our love of pve content in WoW is the basis of our community, we can be found enjoying a wide variety of other games together. We regularly play Among Us, Apex Legends, Stardew Valley, CoD, Jack Box Games, and Phasmo to name a few. If there’s another game you enjoy, chances are we have some people who would be down to play!

Recruitment
We are always recruiting skilled and dedicated players. The above classes are our most immediate need, but we consider every application regardless of class. Our trial period is normally 3-4 weeks depending on attendance and performance. During this period, you will be evaluated based on attendance, attitude, skill level, and cooperation with the guild.


Raid Schedule

Saturday 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sunday 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Optional Heroic reclear/Mythic Plus day Friday 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

All times are PST(Server Time). Raid invites start at 6:45, Trash pulls begin shortly after.


Loot System
We use a Loot council comprised of raid members and our officers to distribute upgrades. Loot priority is determined by the significance of the upgrade. The loot is voted on by a rotating council to reduce selfish loot rolls and ensure we are getting the greatest possible value out of each piece.

BoE's are kept for the guild bank. The gold goes to the guild bank to fund the supplies for raiding.


Raid Team Information
Our guild provides raiders with everything, including flasks, food, repairs, gems, enchants, and potions.


Requirements
1. 18+ years old
2. Discord & Working Mic
3. Raiding experience, high willingness to learn and cooperate.
4. Able to maintain a 90%+ raid attendance
5. Research every boss fight BEFORE stepping foot into it, boss strategies will be posted in Discord.
6. We expect you to be a part of the guild. Not just show up for raids and disappear the rest of the week. We don't expect you to be on WoW 24/7, However we would like you to make an effort to know your fellow guild mates. The closer we are to each other the better team we will be.
