Agilities The Family BusinessUS-SargerasWindwalker monk looking for a horde guild for 9.1 and beyond that:

1) Consistently gets Cutting Edge every tier. I've raided somewhere between the 150-200 US range recently, I'm looking for something similar, preferably better.

2) Raids no more than 3 days a week. Extra days at the beginning of a tier is acceptable.

3) Require raiders to do their own research on their own time for the next bosses.

4) Has a loot system which prioritizes killing the next boss over rewarding individuals.

About me:

Raid Availability: 7-12 PM EST all 7 days. I can generally fit my schedule around raid times, but I cannot stretch my hours past 7-12

Long time raider since TBC, with some breaks in Wrath and Cata. My main has always been a balance/resto druid (Rutenio-Sargeras) up until the end of BFA, when I swapped to WW monk. Nathria was my first tier as WW monk. I performed alright given it's my first time, but there's much that I can still improve.

I recently swapped to Horde (after progression on Denathrius was done) because I like to spend some of my time pugging PVP and M+ groups, and the LFG section for those is dead on Alliance.
