Best exp: ~World 500 with Bloody Sky on Der Rat von Dalaran.
That was End of MoP and Beginning of WoD.
Would have been better, if we didn't struggle as much with filling the Raid, before disbanding mid WoD.
I can't stand being average or even worse than that, so I always strife to be among the best of my peers.
Things I expect from a Raid:
- minimum CE
- criticism in a non aggresive way (no yelling, insults etc.)
- no benching as long as I perform good enough.
