Multi-class tank with WR 280 Experience in a 2-day guild.
I maintain 3 tanks during progress (Monk - DK - Warrior(can also dps as offspec))but I take pride in having all 6 tanks (and all 12 classes) geared out in the best gear I can attain without stepping into mythic as to not hinder gearing for others.

For me my job as a tank is to make a fight as easy as I possibly can for every other person in the fight while maximizing my own output.
