Heya!
I'm a chill dude that's been in love with raiding and the healing in this game since the original wow.
Been raiding at all levels from a few high world rank kills like yogg'saron 25 man 0 keepers(world 79) and lich king 10 man heroic(world 29)
to the more recent laid back raiding at the 400-1000 world ranking with examples like archimonde mythic (world 575)
Argus the unmaker mythic (world 415) and lately kel'thuzad mythic(world 800).
I do have an intresting trend about ending up as an officer and raidleader somewhat against my will as I do really
enjoy the encounter preperation part of healing mythic encounters,
both in terms of the more obvious cooldown and damage pattern prepwork but also in just learning
to understand mechanics and straight up talking about the fights and friendly guide others.
However currently Im really only looking to be a raider and enjoy the raiding expierence,
since the stress and toll that raidleading and managing a dieing guild has dampen my enjoyment and preformance a bit too much,
something i think anyone in an leading position can relate to.
Because of me having to take the leading role in the current tier I know that the way I shine in a recruitment process is my knowledge, attiude and potential.
I'm rather flexible with what class I'm actually playing in the raids as in my oppinion the joy from raiding supersede
the joy from playing a particular class over another.
Tho for most of our mythic progress this tier I have been playing my shaman that I picked up during the end of last progress last tier with a fair play of my paladin for sylvanas progress as it fit the comp better.
Going forward I would prefer prefer to keep playing my paladin or pick up my druid for mythic play.
