What I look for in a guild: Clear direct communication, respectful raid environment, constructive criticism to help me understand what I can work on and assist me in clarifying raid logs, strategy, etc.
What I look for in M+: I enjoy pushing keys with a coordinated group that uses clear direct communication. I also enjoy crushing simple 15's for weekly vault.
