Currently in the market for a CE Raid Team as a dps role. I'm not interested in newly forming groups. Sorry
Heroic Raided since Wrath as a nub pugger. Lead a semi casual heroic raid guild with friends in Cata. Officered in random Mythic raid teams up until the end of Legion where that raid team dissolved due to roster issues(low pop server). Stuck around with friends casually mythic raiding until they quit then decided to seriously CE raid and have been successfully CE raiding since Legion (took a brief break during BFA due to a health scare, also BFA lol...). Came back for 8.3 and CE'd N'zoth with my current group.
Why am I looking for a new team?
My job changed and the hours are just too late with my current group.(staying up as late as 4am atm)
What type of player am I?
I go over logs extensively and record my gameplay in raid to review later. I keep a timer weak aura so I can line stuff up properly so I perform better each pull. I also keep in touch with the theorycrafters for DK in the Discord those being Bicepspump and Taez who works on the apl for sims. I also go over logs of top performing players for my class.

I'm a down to earth dude, I don't rage because ultimately this is just a game but I do take performance seriously. I can handle people loosing their tempers. I don't take offence to being called out on something I screw up because I always feel worse about screwing something up rather than being called out.
P.S
I am also looking for a mythic+ push team. I have a laid back temperament and a I make sure I know my shit.
