The guild I am in is a close knit group of real world friends that,
alas, does not raid on a regular basis. Because I often eat across
the table from these guys, I am not interested in leaving my
current guild.
That said, I am looking for a raiding group. My schedule is extremely flexible and I am open to almost any raiding times. While I won't brag about being 'elite' or 'uber' it seems fair to say that I am a solid player with a bit of experience.
Other than that, I am laid back and fairly easy to get along with.
