Hi Everyone! Sorry for the long info all at once.
*Looking to stay on Proudmoore unless I am 100% on the team (for long term) with little to no bench as finances are tight, and don't want to be transferred to a server I don't want to be on then end up transferring back to Proudmoore after the fact*
I am currently looking for a raiding guild (preferably mythic and hopefully CE at some point even though I have never gotten it). I am looking for a raiding guild but also a guild that does other content or other games even as a guild, hangs out in Discord, and does keys, etc. outside of raid. Not just a raiding guild that is on raid days and raid-logged the rest, I have been in those, and it's not fun. I am looking to hopefully not pug going into 10.2 and beyond. My last mythic raid experience was as a resto druid in Sepluchur (Season 3 of SL) so I have no updated mythic logs, only heroic logs.
I am looking to Heal as Disc/Holy. Last I did disc was Mythic Sludgefist/SLG Prog in Castle Nathria but now updated to new dragonflight disc for a guild in 10.2 that has a chance to hit CE (or at least the goal of mythic as far as we can). I will give you a fair warning now, I am blind in one eye so my depth perception and hand/eye coordination aren't the greatest due to it but I feel as if I do well with these things meaning my Heals might not be the greatest but I will try my hardest to work on something if it is needed to be done. My goal has always been CE and KSH/Title but I have never been lucky enough to be in a guild that is willing to give me a chance at it due to needing/wanting godly logs to be able to join or even compete for a spot. Also, I am LGBT and would prefer to be in a guild that is at least understanding (or has a policy about it). I usually don't bring it up because I don't think it is that big of a deal and I won't push about it or whatever, I just rather not have a constant slur thing going on (because even I curse / use slurs of the community at times but try to avoid it).
I do have logs and can send them to you if you reach out to me if you can't find them as well as pushed KSH pretty consistently while in S3 on Rdruid, I pushed over 3k io rating with it.
With how my work is, I can take 2 of those days off depending on your team, but usually, the weekend would be difficult. I will have to talk to the person I am working with but I should be able to make those days work.
Prefer to raid in CST time zones as that is the time zone I am in and will be easier to make for scheduling on my part and usually between 7 pm to 10 pm CST is the best raid time. Can make be later if needed, as I could work on raid days and still be able to show (hopefully) OR if you are a morning raiding guild, I would be able to raid as well as do work in the evenings as I am an do independent work.
