Looking for guild: Yes, ready to transfer
semi-hardcore
Raids per week: 2 - 2
Mythic Plus Dungeons:

I’m looking for a guild that raids a combo of Tuesdays, Wednesdays,
or Thursdays, 2 nights a week. Warrior DPS main since vanilla, I
have multiple CE’s (9 I believe) from various expansions and know
and understand what is expected of me in a CE guild.

Currently My warrior is Padow-Thrall (H), other places I have raided are Pado-Whisperwind (A) and Pado-Deathwing (H).
My logs are not good, I am aware of this. I only go for a good parse when bosses are on farm, and don’t worry about logs on progression, ranking is for farm. Not prog, end of story.
My current guild situation:
After raiding with the guild <Detoxed> (H) In Nyalotha, they added a Monday to their raid schedule and I could not attend, so I trialed with a new guild <Two Shot> (A), due to personality conflicts (not dps or mechanical issues) my trial was failed. After that, <Detoxed> was under new management (RL retired, officers changed out exc.) and they went back to a 2 day a week raid schedule. So I was accepted back with open arms, as they knew I am a CE player.
This new management was not the right fit for a CE guild, and after struggling on normal and heroic “progression”, and getting into an argument about using toys in raid, I was ultimately benched, because they didn’t want to actually kick me, they wanted to say I left on my own accord.
I am aware this doesn’t exactly look the greatest for a potential trial, but I am always honest and upfront with my guildmates, and have no problem going into more details about anything that has happened with my previous guilds.
As it is mid-tier now I don’t expect a lot of guilds to be looking to fill a core spot warrior, but I look forward to improving, and trialing with a guild I can call my home for a long, long time.
I only leave a guild if it stops raiding/quits, or the raid days change to days I cannot make/attend. I unfortunately stay in guilds to a fault, I am loyal until the bitter end.
Horde Preferred, but not required,
