- LF Melee DPS, Ranged DPS to push high Mythic Plus Keys

Myself and 3 other long time friends comprise a ~1650-1700+ M+
group that we have pushing with in 8.2:
Myself: Why @ Thrall (Leaning DK in 8.3 but open to change)
Holy Priest: Bryan @ Thrall (not open to swapping classes)
Prot/Ret paladin: Strohm @ Thrall (not open to swapping classes)
Mage: Labs @ Thrall (has many classes available)
The four of us are long time players and have played all expansions in capacities ranging from world first raiding (vanilla) to LFR heroes (mop) to everything in between (current). We are all older / married and in our early 30s. While we have the skill to push into mythic raids, we unfortunately not have the time with our busy schedules. That said, when we do play can count on us to come to each raid or M+ fully gemmed / enchanted / simmed etc correcly while also being prepared for the encounters.
With 8.3 on the horizon we are looking for a new raid group that makes an AOTC push with a 1-2 night schedule that goes on either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday nights starting around 8:30 CST. We would prefer a group on Thrall but are open to cross server groups if it makes sense and the fit is right.
The only caveat that we have is that due to us being older with kids / careers / wives sometimes our attendance will not be the 95+% some groups are looking for (hence us looking for heroic flex raids and not mythic).
If your group is ok with us being in attendance closer to 80% of the time, needs 4 skilled players that won't make mistakes, and is wanting to push higher M+. We're your guys.
