“Evølution” Guild

1. We are a 10-man guild that currently run 2 raid teams simultaneously per week, totalling 4 raids per week, and a maximum of 3 raids per character. This flexible schedule allows our members to put real-life first.
2. Our raid times are from 20.00-00.00 CET (Paris aka. game time).
3. Raids are posted on the calendar and signups are generally managed on a first-come-first-serve basis. This is detailed more thoroughly on the forums available to our members.
4. We don’t use DKP or any alternative. Loot is rolled for and the highest (mainspec) roller wins. We do encourage people to “spread the love” to gear the players up at an equal pace.
5. We don’t enforce mandatory attendance to raids, as we feel that could put too big of a strain on people’s lives outside of WoW.
6. We use Ventrilo 3.0 for voice communication.
7. Despite being a casual guild, we take raiding seriously, and expect our members to be properly prepared for any raid they are signed for.
