“Thunder” Guild

We are Thunder, one of the 10 man raiding Alliance guilds on Balnazzar and we are looking for recruits! Our guild is a mix of mainly Scandinavian people (we do also have a fair number of Dutch and Brittish people), but the main spoken language is English.

We are semi-hardcore. Hardcore in the sense that we expect everyone to show up for raids, while we generally raid thrice a week and the attendance of those raids is at 5/6 (ie. attendence requirement of 5 out of 6 raids). There are however weeks where we plan an additional raidday if progress on the previous day has been good.

Epic pixels will be distributed using a loot council to weigh upgrade value of gear and individual performance. Naturally you can expect attendance to play a role in this as well, albeit less than the aforementioned points.

We use a trial system to test our new members, depending on performance and attendance, this trial period should last anywhere from one to three weeks.
