We are currently recruiting some people to reinforce our raid team for Antorus and beyond. Our raid days are Wednesday, Thursday, Monday 21:00-00:00 server time. We are looking for dedicated and skilled people who want to be involved in our community.

Currently the plan is to focus on building our core heroic team, both in size and ability, starting Antorus, the burning throne on normal, with a look to purely heroic starts from week 3 of the raid.
The eventual goal is to build enough people and ability to go mythic, with the aim of mythic all of next expansion.

have a chat with any officer online for more info about us:

Granty / Grantydk

Flisk (Flisk#2872)

If you are interested in joining us, we will have a short conversation with you to get a feel for you, and see if you would fit in with our guild, followed by a couple of weeks of raid trials, if all goes well you will then become a core member of our raid team! :)

Rules for raiding.

It is expected that:

You are suitably geared for the raids (iLvl 920 / weapon level 70). If content is on farm, these rules may be relaxed for newer members in order to boost numbers for mythic, at officer's discretion.

You use and keep up to date the following addons: Deadly boss mods/Big Wigs, Angry Assignments, Weak Auras 2, GTFO, RC Loot council. If any other addons are required, the officers will advise on this.

You sign up for the majority of raids (if main raider rank). If you cannot sign up for extended periods please talk to an officer with the details and then we can decide how best to proceed.

Raids take place On wednesday, thursday and monday evenings, 2100-0000 server time, we have 2 breaks of at least 5 mins each however the first break is usually a few minutes longer.

You attend the full hours of the raid (2100-0000 server time), if you wish to leave early with a valid reason, you must ask officers first.

You are at least listening to teamspeak and paying attention to what the raid leader and officers are saying.

You listen to instructions given by officers, and by tactics given by the leader of the raid.

You do not randomly afk during raids, if you need to quickly brb (we know IRL things can happen) then you must tell an officer first.

You have all current best gems, enchants, potions, runes and flasks for your character to cover the raiding period. Any vantus runes (or their equivalent) will be required and used when directed by the officers.
If you get an upgrade, remember to enchant and gem it as soon as possible, ask in raid if others can help you in this regard, or if not use the earliest break to do so. We know people can get excited by a new piece of gear and forget,
but if you or someone else spots this, you must correct it as soon as possible.

To be personally responsible for knowing your specs's stat priority, rotation, macros, addons and utility abilities (eg. interrupts).
You must also take personal responsibility for dealing with tactics on bosses, if you do not understand and need help, do not sit in silence, ask!

You turn up for raids at least 5 minutes before raid start for invites and pre raid discussion.

If you are running late, you must contact one of the officers as soon as possible, we are all contactable over facebook and battlenet, Flisk can be contacted on whatsapp also. If you need our contact info, please ask.
When you tell us about running late, please tell us what your in game name is, why you will be late, and how long you expect to be late.

You do not whine or complain about loot not being given to you. Or decisions in general. If you disagree with something that's fine, we're not asking everyone to be a hive mind, if you need to ask about a decision you disagree with, please ask to speak with an officer privately after the raid.

You keep the atmosphere happy and friendly and be polite to officers, fellow raiders and other wow players in /1, /2 and /4 chat. remember, you're here to have fun! :)

The three warning system:

Breaking these rules will result in three warnings. The first warning will be a verbal warning and will not be permenant, giving you the opportunity to fix the issue there and then.
A further warning will result in removal from loot considerations for the rest of the raid night. This second warning will last for two weeks.
A third warning will result in being kicked from the raid for that evening and being lowered on loot priority for the rest of the raid week. This warning will last for three weeks.
Failure to follow the rules after this may result in demotion to raid reserve rank, permanent removal from raiding or, if the situation is serious enough, the guild.
NOTE: we do not expect there to be many second warnings, and we hope for zero third warnings, however, it is up to your own personal responsibility to follow the rules.

For signing:
Raids will be locked the day before.

Accepted means you will be at the raid, on time, and are able to raid.

Tentative means you are not sure if you can make it. Once you know for sure you must change to accepted or declined as soon as possible. If the raid is already locked, but you find out one way or the other, please inform an officer so we can amend the calendar event and make sure you get and invite.
It is unacceptable to turn up out of the blue a couple of minutes before the raid, whilst being signed as tentative and expecting an invite if you haven't informed an officer.

Declined means you are unable to raid that day. If circumstances change, again inform an officer as soon as possible and change your sign on the calendar.

NOTE: Unless officers decide otherwise, raids will go ahead, so if you sign, you are expected to turn up!

Unless it is a farm boss where loot is set to personal, out loot is given out in a loot council.
The loot council members are Granty, Krait and Seizar.

After ranks/warnings etc have been acknowledged, loot priority will be as follows:

4 Piece (BIS)
2 Piece (BIS)
Best in slot
Major upgrades (10 ilvl+)
Minor upgrades (5 ilvl)
Chance of warforged/titanforged/socket

NOTE: These categories can interact with one another, for example an item is BIS for 2 people, but it would be a different amount of item level increase. If anything is not clear-cut it will be properly discussed.
NOTE: For raiders who are regularly asked to switch spec to help the raid out (dps with healer offspec or dps with tank offspec for example) the loot will be decided on a case by case basis, using both the priority list above and how much their offspec is needed for raid progression.
