We are currently recruiting some people to reinforce our raid team for BFA raiding. Our raid days are Wednesday, Thursday, Monday 21:00-00:00 server time. We are looking for dedicated and skilled people who want to be involved in our community.

Currently the plan is to focus on building our core heroic team, both in size and ability, starting out on normal then progressing to heroic difficulty, currently we don't have the numbers to progress mythic, but if this changes throughout the course of the expansion we will connsider progressing to mythic too.

Current gear we are looking for is ilvl 340 equipped, we ask that you keep leveling the heart of azeroth as much as is reasonably possible.

have a chat with any officer online for more info about us:
:)

Granty / Grantydk (Granty#2710)

Krait

Flisk (Flisk#2872)

If you are interested in joining us, we will have a short conversation with you to get a feel for you, and see if you would fit in with our guild, followed by a couple of weeks of raid trials, if all goes well you will then become a core member of our raid team! :)

Socials are of course always welcome if you can bring a fun positive atmosphere :)

Rules for raiding.

It is expected that:

You are suitably geared for the raids. If content is on farm, these rules may be relaxed for newer members in order to boost raid numbers, at officer's discretion.

You use and keep up to date the following addons: Deadly boss mods/Big Wigs et al. and persolootroll. If any other addons are required, the officers will advise on this.

You sign up for the majority of raids (if main raider rank). If you cannot sign up for extended periods please talk to an officer with the details and then we can decide how best to proceed.

Raids take place On wednesday, thursday and monday evenings, 2100-0000 server time, we have 2 breaks of at least 5 mins each however the first break is usually a few minutes longer.

You attend the full hours of the raid (2100-0000 server time), if you wish to leave early with a valid reason, you must ask officers first.

You are at least listening to teamspeak and paying attention to what the raid leader and officers are saying.

You listen to instructions given by officers, and by tactics given by the leader of the raid.

You do not randomly afk during raids, if you need to quickly brb (we know IRL things can happen) then you must tell an officer first.

You have all current expansion (Battle for azeroth) gems, ring and weapon enchants, flasks and food for your character to cover the raiding period. For now, pots, runes and expensive enchants are encouraged, but optional. Any vantus runes (or their equivalent) will be required and used when directed by the officers.
If you get an upgrade, remember to enchant and gem it as soon as possible, using the earliest break to do so. We know people can get excited by a new piece of gear and forget,
but if you or someone else spots this, you must correct it as soon as possible. If you need help with these requirements please ask guildies for help!

To be personally responsible for knowing your specs's stat priority, rotation, macros, addons and utility abilities (eg. interrupts).
You must also take personal responsibility for dealing with tactics on bosses, if you do not understand and need help, do not sit in silence, ask!

You turn up for raids at least 5 minutes before raid start for invites and pre raid discussion.

If you are running late, you must contact one of the officers as soon as possible, we are all contactable over facebook and battlenet, Flisk can be contacted on whatsapp also. If you need our contact info, please ask.
When you tell us about running late, please tell us what your in game name is, why you will be late, and how long you expect to be late.

You do not whine or complain about decisions in general. If you disagree with something that's fine, we're not asking everyone to be a hive mind, if you need to ask about a decision you disagree with, please ask to speak with an officer privately after the raid.

Swapblasting/leap of faithing etc in order to try and disrupt or kill people for a laugh etc is not acceptable during progression raiding.

You keep the atmosphere happy and friendly and be polite to officers, fellow raiders and other wow players in /1, /2 and /4 chat. remember, you're here to have fun! :)

As far as punishments go:

If you are not prepared for raiding (flask, gems, food, enchants etc) you will be kicked without warning, this is unacceptable and such a simple requirement and should go without saying. Repeated offenses will result in raid bannings for 2 weeks, and then permenant raid team bans.

For general bad behaviour, verbal warnings are first, followed by raid kicking followed by banning. If offenses are severe enough, a guild kick may be warranted.

For signing:

Currently we will attempt to use the new social groups functionality to organise raids, the invite code will be in the guild info tab. If you are interested in wanting to raid, please join this group, we will be mass inviting for now, if you are not ready or prepared for raiding, please do not accept the invite, we will find out and you will be kicked anyway!

If we go back to using the normal calendar invites, then the following will apply:

Raids will be locked the night before.

Accepted means you will be at the raid, on time, and are able to raid.

Tentative means you are not sure if you can make it. Once you know for sure you must change to accepted or declined as soon as possible. If the raid is already locked, but you find out one way or the other, please inform an officer so we can amend the calendar event and make sure you get and invite.
It is unacceptable to turn up out of the blue a couple of minutes before the raid, whilst being signed as tentative and expecting an invite if you haven't informed an officer.

Declined means you are unable to raid that day. If circumstances change, again inform an officer as soon as possible and change your sign on the calendar.

NOTE: Unless officers decide otherwise, raids will go ahead, so if you sign, you are expected to turn up!
