Basically you are our guy/girl IF :
- you got extensive XP in PvE or PvP
- you can stay focused for more than 2 hrs
- you don't DC every hour
- you don't have whining GF or mum nor dog to take care of during raids/rbgs/arenas
- you can stay out of the crap
- you can listen, understand and follow simple commands like "gather up" and "spread"
- you know the difference between "single target" and "aoe"
- you don't insult your guildies, or if you do, to be prepared to get insulted aswell :)
- if you don't mind to raid/doing rbgs even 5 days per week when is needed
