<Incoming> of [Doomhammer] is currently looking for two additional ranged dps from the following to complete its raiding roster:

- Shadow Priest
- Elemental Shaman
- Mage
- Boomkin
- Warlock

We raid two days a week Sunday & Tuesday from 20:00 - 23:00.

So, why join us rather than any number of other guilds looking for additional players?

At <Incoming> we like to think we are slightly different to many other guilds out there; we are a mostly 30+ guild rooted in strong beliefs of respect, fairness and a democratic decision making process that includes the entire guild, rather than a select few making decisions and enforcing them upon others - so how do these things play out?

Respect
<Incoming> dates right the way back to Vanilla and is full of ex-hardcore players and even a few whom have world firsts - this means we know what it takes to succeed, but we also know the pressures which can result and in the heat of the moment passions can fly. Feedback is encouraged amongst members to ensure a greater quality of raiding in a reduced time, but this is done in a manner which tries to ensure we focus on the positive - "what could be done better", rather than naming and shaming "what was done wrong"; where passions do flair we encourage members to settle their disputes like adults and apologise for any offence caused before moving on.

Fairness
Fairness is at the heart of our guild, its in everything we do, from our loot system, to how we select our raid team on mythic nights - everyone has their turn to sit out, their chance to have their opinion, from officer right the way to new recruits. There is one set of rules which applies to everyone and where complex matters arise everyone is spoken to as equals and we usually find a result that works for all. It's a matter of setting expectations, and then sticking to them, not moving the targets just because it suits.

Democracy
One of the things we are most proud of in <Incoming> is our democratic nature - all major decisions are voted upon, including who leads and runs the guild - this ensures that the officer team live up to the same standards they expect of others, and that you will have the opportunity to have a say in things which impact you right from day one. Recently we voted to move from a very casual setup (where we were clearing heroic and then parking it for the tier) to a focus on mythic - and with only a few weeks into this we are already 5/11.

We recruit members for the long term, not the short, their fit to our values is more important than a temporary gain. When we recruit a new player we look at things such as their attitude, their iLVL % parse, their current experience and how this might impact to ensure we give them the best opportunity to show us what they have before ending a trial period, and we support all players through their trial to ensure we have put as much into as they have.

If this sounds like the guild for you, or if you have any further questions and would like to know more, please feel free to contact myself or any other member of the guild.

I wish you all the best in your adventures
