“Bløødpact” Guild

<Bløødpact> is Looking for more raiders to complete his Mythic raid roster. We will be raiding 4 days/week from 19 to 22 ST.

Recruitment
What qualities are we looking for in our raiders?

Stability
First of all, you should have a stable connection, a computer suited for raiding, high punctuality and the ability to attend every single raid during progress. If you cannot live up to this, we're simply not interested in you.

Dedication
We are looking for people who are truly passionate about the game and interested in continuously improving tier by tier. You should constantly be asking what you can do to improve yourself, and thus the guild, both as a player and as a person.

Communication
We're a multinational guild so being able to understand and communicate in English is important. Having a working microphone is a must. Raiding is more than showing up to play your character. You should participate in discussions on Teamspeak and on the forums outside raiding hours as well, and you must be able to speak up and coordinate with your fellow raiders when the situation demands it. We'd rather have a 90th percentile player that can execute mechanics consistently and communicate with the team than a Rank 1 player that rubs it off to his own parses.

Dexterity
We're a progress-oriented guild and we expect you to learn quickly from not only your mistakes, but the mistakes of others. You should be the master of your class and not rely on others to tell you how to play, and you are expected to have a deep enough understanding of your specs and how they interact with fight mechanics to make spec choices appropriate for the task at hand.

If you believe you would be an improvement to the guild, we would like to hear from you. Your class and preferred specialization doesn't matter, we're looking for the player behind the character.

Raiding with Bløødpact

First and foremost, raiding is a privilege. It is a part of our guild, not the guild as a whole. If you do choose to be part of it though, please keep reading for more information about what we expect from those wanting to raid.

Make sure you have all required mods before the start of raid and make sure they are kept updated.


Commitment to progression raiding

Again, raiding is your choice and it is a privilege to do so. No one is forcing you to come and there is no punishment if you just don't like to raid.
If you do choose to become part of our progressive raid team though, you are expected to give it 110%. If you are committed to us and our current goal, we'll show the same commitment to you.
Signing up consistently and showing up fully prepared, are your best chances of getting in to our raid team.
If you're only interested in upgrading your gear and then disappearing for several weeks or months, you should not be in our raiding team. This is the kind of attitude we want to avoid.
Raiding is a team effort, with team rewards and that is how it should and will be in this guild.

Keep your main raiding toon in top shape both gear/gem/enchant and skill wise.
