Floridian Broiler is a newly formed guild with prior CE experience that is looking to push higher and higher in the world rankings. Our goal is to be in the top 200 guilds during Shadowlands.

We aim to be a tightly knit community of people you can call your friends. We aim to have around 25 people raiding roster, which will mean you might have to be a benchwarmer sometimes.

Our goal is to approach raiding from a competitive standpoint, so we are looking to have the best classes and specs in every boss fight while we are progressing.

We expect our players to be able to have good attendance and put in the work that is required to have a competitive edge on most guilds. But we also realize real-life constraints and situations. Not everything goes as planned always and we understand that.

We can offer you a guild that's competitive, but still, has fun while raiding, a team where every individual is respected and valued.

Our core values are the following:

- Inclusion. It is important for us that all the players feel like they're welcomed and part of the team. No one is left outside, whether we are raiding or doing m+.

- Friendship. We expect our members to help each other out. By combining the knowledge of our players, we can be much better.

- Hard work. Working hard doesn't mean you can't have fun. While we do expect you to farm AP, or whatever the current currency is, we do it in groups, so you can have some friendly banter that's preventing you go insane during all of this.

- Transparency. All the discussion in the raid planning is open for all of our members. We also want every raider to be able to have a say in who we are recruiting.

- Flat organizational structure and minimal bureaucracy.

While we are progressing, we have 3 days of raiding per week. After that the goal is to get a full clear done weekly:

Wednesday 19:15-22:30 Server Time
Thursday 19:15-22:30 Server Time
Monday 19:15-22:30 Server Time
Raid invites are out at 15 past, so we are ready to pull at 19:30.

We use Loot Council to distribute loot to those who we consider it to have the biggest impact on. Loot council is formed of officers and raiders evenly, so there's no bias towards officers.

We require you to have the following addons working and up to date:
- WeakAuras2
- DBM or Big Wigs
- Exorsus Raid Tools
- RC Loot Council
