“Reformed” Guild

Reformed was founded in MoP as a 10 man raiding team in order to explore the Hc content of SoO and enjoy as much of what Blizzard provides with the means available. Starting into WoD we expanded to take on 20 members before Highmaul, however we hit a bit of a road block along the way with the talent level mythic required and a roster to accept class/roll changes; we needed to do a bit of soul searching. Briefly during BRF we merged with another guild in order to attempt meeting the demanding nature of the content. This was rather successful ending the tier 9/10 M with a few attempts on BH's 3rd phase. Sadly not all good things can last the group broke up and we went our separate ways. Revitalized by a few returning members we looked to future content with hopeful sights, but kept expectations moderate knowing we would have to build a team and gear many of the players starting late in the expansion. At this point we have hit a defining moment in the guild in terms of roster and capabilities which I feel is note worthy. WoD has been a hard expansion on all guilds and each has faced their high and low points, I feel we have come out ahead slightly and am glad for it. Our new members have joined from a variety of different guilds, creeds, and backgrounds to form a marvelous compilation. The glory days of the guild are only yet to come with the start of Legion in the coming year. That being said there are still positions available for strong aspiring raiders looking to join a guild for Legion.

What is expected of a Reformed Raider
1. Attendance Every progress guild requires this and Reformed is no different, if you can not at least make an attendance rate of 85% then you will either hold a reserve position or be ranked as a social.
2. Class Knowledge This isn't Hogwarts, we are not here to teach you your class, while quite a few of us are very experienced and can easily assist you in class knowledge it is your job to seek out this information. If you're performance is low you can expect confrontation on the matter.
3. Attitude Mythic is no cake walk and some of the content will be difficult along the way, it is important to keep a positive mindset for morale purposes and for overall enjoyment of the content.
4. Conduct As a member of Reformed you represent the guild in and out of guild activities. If you blemish the guild expect repercussions.

Raid days, Times, and Activities
Wed ~ Mythic Farm 20:00 to 24:00.*
Thurs ~ Gold DKP Run* 20:00 to 24:00 or until relevant content is cleared.
Fri ~ CM Farm/Boost/Day-Off Mid-day to evening times for CM's/Boost.
Sat ~ CM Farm/Boost/Day-Off/Openraid Event Mid-day CM/Boos / Evening Openraid.
Sun ~ Archi Ring Upgrade* + Mythic Progress 20:00 to 24:00.
Mon ~ Blackhand Mythic Mount Farm + Mythic Progress 20:00 to 24:00.
Tues ~ Openraid Event/ Day-Off Evening Openraid.

*All raids will have a break placed roughly at 22:00.
*Gold DKP Run entrance fee is 10k, bidding per item starts @ 1k.
*We are currently selling Archimonde HC boosts @ 65k Gold.
*All raids outside of Mon Wed Sun are optional content raids provided to players seeking it. Mythic Raiders are not required to attend.

Current Recruitment
The Reformed roster is healthy at the moment, but could use a few small additions. Currently, we are seeking strong Rogues, Death Knights, or Mages to fill a few DPS spots and prepare for future encounters. Some stronger classes such as Boomkins or Hunters will always be considered provided the logs support the venture into such a player. There are some positions for currently undesirable classes to bolster the roster towards Legion in the event Blizzard makes them crazy OP. The Tanking roster could use a strong Druid/Brewmaster tank, but already has veteran players in the field so a strong application would be required to make such an investment. Finally, the healing roster could do with a Resto Druid or exceptionally strong Holy Priest in order to fill out roles for Legion depending on what flavor is current during that time.
