The History of <Valid>
On 12/11/2015, <Tranquil> was created on Lordaeron-Warmane. It started as a social guild, uniting people who migrated from vanilla gaming private server. Our core group has known each other and has stuck together for a long time, long before the switch to Warmane. It was not too long before we became the best Alliance guild on the server. With Legion approaching and summer hitting Lordaeron, we decided to migrate to Legion. Many of our members were interested in switching... and here we are, ready to rock once again!
On 22/9/2016, we migrated to retail and created <JGRMNGR>. The guild name started out as a joke when we encountered Jormungar Behemoth on Ulduar's Thorim boss fight while playing on Warmane. Therefore... JGRMNGR!
On 19/10/2016, we merged with <Blackwatch> on Draenor. They are an incredible bunch of people with a high playing standard who are both fun and social. It has been one of we best things we ever did as a guild, since their mentality is very close to ours.
On 8/3/2017, we merged with <RIP> on Draenor. It was a successful merge at first progresswise, however the GM of the guild caused a lot of problems within members of the guild. Him and his team migrated to another server without saying a word. Despite the problems that arose with the the failed merge, our progress was strong and we kept our high standards.
On 13/3/17, the guild's name was changed to <Valid> under new management.
On 18/4/2017, we merged with <Serum>. With our newly improved roster, together we managed to accomplish a lot of things both PvE and with the guild. We got to meet a lot of incredible people who are both strong players and very close to our mentality.

- mature (most of us are 23+ y.o.) with a toxic free environment guild
- guild which only raids 3 days/week
- guild whose primary goal is Mythic progress

What is important to us?
What is are looking for in an applicant is:
- raiding experience
- logs to back up your performance
- knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
- a nice guy that we want in our community!
- available and motivated to raid during our raid hours
- 100% attendance on our 3 weekly raids
- prepared to raids having studied the fights
- having a working microphone and not afraid to speak
- playing for the team

Loot system
We run a loot council method of loot distribution. Ultimately this is to ensure the best players get the most appropriate loot for their class/spec/skill. It also allows us to control the roster and setup and maximize the raid iLvl to the demands of each progress boss. If you perform really good, the chance you get loot is higher.
