1. History:
A guild that was founded during The Burning Crusade on the Emeriss EU realm under the name of <Rise of the Phoenix>. Migrated to Frostmane late in the Wrath of the Lich King expansion.
The guild master and founder was an old member of the Requiem guild on Emeriss EU which have been amongst the top raiding guilds.
2. Raiding days and times (based on server time):

Mon - Invitations: 18:30-18:45, raid start: 19:00, 10 min. break: 21:00, end: 23:00.
Wed - Invitations: 18:30-18:45, raid start: 19:00, 10 min. break: 21:00, end: 23:00.
Thu - Invitations: 18:30-18:45, raid start: 19:00, 10 min. break: 21:00, end: 23:00.
Alt(/optional) raid
Tue - Invitations: 18:30-18:45, raid start: 19:00, 10 min. break: 21:00, end: 23:00.

A non-dictatorial, friendly and close community with people being more than peons in raids and what probably interest you the most: a spot in our raids. When you are invited to this guild, you will have a guaranteed spot in the team. We also upload raid logs to warcraftlogs.com If you meet our requirements, you will be able to be part of the core unless you prefer it otherwise. If not, you will NOT be kept around as "back up bench material", but removed. In this way we count and rely on the players that are part of the core raiding team.
What we also have is a full set of viable options to fill the ranks. We have a place for semi-hardcore players, casual players and players that are looking for a social environment. This is what we expect:
Core member: 80%-100% attendance
Casual member: 20%-80% attendance
Social member: 0% attendance
