“Actual Progress” Guild

Actual Progress is a semi-hardcore/mythic progression guild that is looking for seasoned,experienced and decorated veterans of World of Warcraft raiding scene for rest of DF and for The War Within.

Who are we:

We are a guild that formed mid-Aberrus from the group of game enthousiasts and veterans that were looking to raid mythic again after years of break from hardcore raiding. Guild has undergone many challenges during its initial formation and mid-Amirdrassil we have decided to change the philosophy of the guild from "we take what we get" into "enough BS" and commenced complete reconstruction for the War Within.We want to maintain highly efficient raiding scheme on the 2-day schedule.

If you are willing to join us,you are:

1. Seasoned,experienced and decorated veteran still looking to raid at the high level
2. Able to maintain high attendance so we can get things done.
3. Knolwedgeable in both theory and implementation for your class/spec
4. Knowledgeable in theory and practice of the current raid content
5. Checking up what killed you during progression so we don't have to do it for you
6. Always equipped with the right consumables for the raid
7. Have good PC,stable internet connection and working microphone
8. Independent,patient and open minded person who grows with time being
9. Able to give and take constructive criticism to yourself and others
10. Team player who is not putting his personal interests in front of interests of the guild

We do not look for you,if you are:
1. Having a big ego and thinking you're better than anyone else
2. Loot-driven player who stops raiding when he gets his pieces
3. Unable to commit to raiding
4. Doesn't do his "homework"
5. Isn't a team player
6. Leader or part of a "package deal"
7. Rager.tilter or doomer
