We will not split run. We will not require alts.
We want to progress quickly while still enjoying the game and not hating each other.

Environment:
We pride ourselves on having a decent raid environment, the lower the toxicity the better. The average age of the guild is ~25 and we enjoy a good bit of banter. If someone makes a spectacularly stupid mistake they won’t be yelled or raged at but they can expect it to become a meme for a bit. This applies to all raiders, even the officers. We’re not interested in handing out boss kills, everyone is expected to pull their weight in the raid.

What we expect from our raiders:

We expect our raiders to maintain high raid attendance. Someone who turns up for an easy Wednesday farm raid and then disappears on prog nights will not be in the guild long. It’s important that we have high attendance so that we can maintain a smaller roster size.

Raiders who are going to miss a raid or are running late need to notify an officer or post in the AFK channel on discord.

We expect all raiders to have a working microphone.

Raiders who have been benched need to contactable but they aren’t expected to sit online outside the raid all night.

All raiders are required to have the following addons:

Loot:
Dragonflight Loot Rules:
With the return of Group Loot in Dragonflight we can once again Master Loot every item from raid. Here’s how this is going to work for our guild:
When an item drops in raid every player will pass on that item except for our Master Looter who will greed roll the item. If a player “accidentally” rolls on an item they're not supposed to they will be expected to trade the item to the master looter immediately. Failure to do so will be considered ninja looting and will result in a gkick.
All items that drop will be added to RCLootCouncil and players will be able to roll on items using the RCLootCouncil interface. The loot council will then vote on items and the items will be traded to the player the loot council chooses. Items will be awarded based on the following criteria listed by rough order of importance. All roles will be given equal priority on all items except for trinkets.

Players who receive a larger ilvl upgrade from an item will be higher on the priority to receive loot.

Players who demonstrate their skill by bringing good numbers but more importantly doing mechanics well will have a higher priority on loot.

Players who are very likely to be in on upcoming progression bosses will have a higher priority on loot.

Players who put in more effort outside of raids, such as going above and beyond M+ requirements or doing PvP and having excellent raid prep, will have a higher priority on loot.

Players who are raiders and who have been with the guild for more than one progression tier will have very, very slightly higher priority on loot.

Tier: Tier items will be handed out evenly among all specs but priority will be given to completing 2 set and 4 set.

After an application is accepted trials are expected to be on our realm in guild for our next Wednesday raid.

Trial Period:
Trial periods vary in length depending on if we’re doing progression or not. During progression trials typically last 2-3 weeks though the trial may be extended. During farm trials can last up to 6 weeks. Trials are eligible for loot and will not be last on the list. You’re always welcome to request feedback on your trial. If there’s a problem with your trial the officers will let you know what you need to improve. If you haven’t heard anything from the officers you can assume your trial is going well.
