Progression
We started Siege of Orgrimmar Normal mode 24th of April and this day we oneshotted every boss up to shamans, wiped once, and oneshotted Nazgrim. We got ambitions of keeping this progression up and steady to gear up and start heroics as fast as possible. This require a active and dedicated team.

We prefer a itemlevel of 540+, so that you can join our progressraids right away without weeks of gearing before you are ready.
A working microphone and the ability to communicate is a requirement.
You will have to be able to join 3/4 scheduled raids every week, and we require our member to sign up for raid, or tell us if they cannot.

For loot, we use lootcouncil. We decide the loot with several factors. Attendance, best in slot(?), last time you got an item, guild rank, upgrade (y/n).

Trippy Hippies got ambitions of Mythic raiding in Warlords of Draenor. We allready got a team of experienced players, and we are still on the lookout for players with great experience with earlier content and progressionraiding.
